1. Information We Access or Process

Qringo may access or process the following information to provide the app features:

• Camera access: used to scan QR codes or capture photos when designing a reveal.
• Photos, images, and files: accessed when you upload images or media to be hosted as scan-to-reveal surprises.
• Reveal content: custom messages, phone numbers, Wi-Fi credentials, or URLs are stored and hosted securely on our servers to render the reveal page when scanned.
• Purchase and subscription status: processed through Google Play Billing and RevenueCat to manage premium access and restore purchases.
• App usage counters: stored locally to manage usage limits and premium behaviors.

2. Local Storage & Cloud Hosting

Qringo stores your customized designs and draft layouts locally on your device. When you choose to hide a photo or custom message behind a QR code for a scan-to-reveal surprise, this content (images, text) is uploaded and securely hosted on our cloud servers. This hosting is necessary to display the surprise reveal page to recipients when they scan your poster's QR code. You can delete your hosted surprises or local drafts from within the app at any time.

3. Third-Party Services

Qringo may use third-party services to provide core functionality, including:

• Google Play services and Google Play Billing for subscriptions, purchases, in-app reviews, and app updates.
• RevenueCat for managing subscription entitlement status.
• Firebase (Google Cloud) for hosting the scan-to-reveal web pages and storing surprise media uploads.

These services process data according to their own privacy and security policies.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We only share data with service providers when necessary to provide app features, host surprise reveal content, process subscriptions, or comply with legal requirements.

5. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data processed by the app. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Drafts and layouts saved locally remain on your device until deleted or the app is uninstalled. Hosted reveal pages and uploaded photos are kept active while you maintain them. You can delete hosted surprise reveals directly inside the app, which instantly removes the associated media from our cloud storage. Subscription records are managed by Google Play and RevenueCat. 7. Children

Qringo is intended for general utility and creative use. It is not specifically targeted at children under 13.
