Please read these Terms of Use carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities when using the Qringo mobile application.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, or downloading, installing, and using the Qringo mobile application, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these rules, please discontinue your use of our application and services immediately.
2. Description of Service & Content Hosting
Qringo provides a mobile app for designing customizable QR posters and creating scan-to-reveal surprises (such as photo uploads, custom messages, Wi-Fi credentials, WhatsApp redirects, or web links).
Qringo provides cloud hosting services to store and display your surprise reveal media (photos, texts) when scanned. You are solely and fully responsible for any photos, messages, or links you upload to Qringo. We strictly prohibit uploading any content that is illegal, offensive, copyrighted without permission, or violates others' rights. We reserve the right to remove any uploaded media or suspend service if these terms are violated.
- User Content Responsibility: You must ensure you have all appropriate copyrights, licenses, or legal permissions before uploading any image or text to be hosted.
- Hosting Limits: To prevent service abuse and ensure smooth operations for all creators, cloud storage and active scan reveals may be subject to reasonable usage limitations, quotas, or subscription tiers. We do not promise unlimited hosting capacity or indefinite storage of inactive pages.
3. Subscriptions, Purchases, and Cancellations
Qringo may offer subscription tiers or premium design assets. These purchases are handled under the following parameters:
- Billing Management: All in-app subscriptions, transactions, and payments are managed securely through Google Play Billing services and our subscription provider, RevenueCat.
- Cancellation Policy: Users can easily manage, modify, or cancel active subscriptions and auto-renewals at any time directly through the subscription menu in their Google Play Store account settings.
4. Intellectual Property
The Qringo brand name, logos, UI designs, splash screens, graphic assets, and underlying application source code are the exclusive intellectual property of Dropine Media LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any part of our app or assets without explicit permission.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
Qringo is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We make no guarantees that the scan reveals will be uninterrupted or function entirely error-free on all mobile networks or devices.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to amend or update these Terms of Use at any time to align with integrated services or updated policies. Your continued use of the application following any changes constitutes your binding agreement to the updated Terms.
